Hello and welcome to my site, i am the owner, operator and Certified Professional Inspector of Tribuzio Home Inspection Services.

My company, is not one a large multiple Inspector firm. I do not pay any fees to real estate agents or companies for referrals that result in "soft inspections" that push the sale of the property. I am independent and i get most of my business from personal referrals and past happy clients. I believe you have the right to know what your getting into, and you deserve more than a salesperson sugarcoating the listing. You deserve to know an unbiased, professional opinion.

I am not a contractor on the side - not trying to get your repair work. I just tell it like it is and I provide a really good documentation of the inspection in the report, often with hundreds of pictures to accompany my descriptions and information on the home. I take pride in my reports, they can continue to provide reference and education on your home for years to come after your home purchase, But on the other side of the coin, they can help you understand when it is right to walk away from a house with too many issues to deal with.

I promise you friendly and professional service to your satisfaction. I am licensed in Illinois for radon measurement as well, which means i can set up a test while inspecting and you save time and money. Also know that  I only MEASURE RADON, but i am not involved in installation of radon mitigation systems. Dealing with an elevated radon gas level in your prospective home is your choice of radon mitigation system installers - I will not benefit from the discovery of a radon level above 4pCiL.Nor will i benefit from non discovery.

You can trust in me to serve your needs first and foremost - not the real estate agents. I am independent and do not solicit agents for business because of the conflict of interest that can arise from trying to please an agent which directly benefits from the sale of the property. I choose to remain unbiased and to serve my clients to the fullest. Lots of new or cheap inspectors cant really make this claim and will write soft reports. That is not going to help you.
